Hi Folks,

Here are three good email tips I came across the other day while troubleshooting a problem that a customer was having with AOL email.

The first applies to sending and recaiving email attachments with AOL - the problem was that he couldn't do this.  There are settings in AOL for this:

Mail Controls (Keyword: Mail Controls). Mail Controls allow you to:

* Block or allow all e-mail

* Block or allow e-mail from specific addresses or from the Internet

* Block domains (the sources of the mail).

* Block file attachments to e-mail

The second is the answer to a question that I have often been asked - Can you receive AOL email with other email clients like Outlook and Outlook express.  I have been told and always answered that this is not possible - but - either there has been a recent change or I was wrong all along.  Follow the link below to learn how to do this:
