Another Computer Club members asked. How frequently should I do Disk Cleanup, ChkDsk and Defragmentation?

Generally speaking I recommend monthly maintenance. It is a good place to start and then you can adjust to your computing habits. Monthly maintenance is easy to remember, easy to schedule and a good way to form a good habit.
